Scheduled Sessions
Scheduled sessions are planned game times shown on the group page as a timeline of upcoming events. They keep the group on the same page: “we’re playing Friday 8pm” becomes something everyone can see and rely on.
Viewing sessions
Section titled “Viewing sessions”The Scheduled Sessions timeline on the group page shows every upcoming session with its title, date, start–end time, and a recurrence icon for repeating sessions. Members also see their groups’ upcoming sessions on the dashboard home page.

For recurring sessions, deletion asks: Occurrence or Series?

Section titled “Rules to keep in mind”- Sessions must be scheduled for today or later: you can’t backdate them.
- The end time must be after the start time (no overnight sessions, unfortunately).
- Anyone in the group can see sessions, but only owners and admins create, edit, or delete them.
