Reporting Content

If you see something that breaks the community guidelines, report it. Reports go to the moderation team confidentially. The person you report won’t know it was you.

Almost everything on the platform has a Report button:

  • Listings
  • Applications
  • Groups
  • Profiles
  • Gallery uploads
  • Gallery comments
  • Feedback left on profiles
  1. Open the content you want to report (you’ll find Report in the item’s menu or on its page).
  2. Pick the reason that best fits:
    • Spam
    • Harassment
    • Offensive Content
    • Misinformation
    • Other: with a short explanation
  3. Add optional details if you want to give moderators context.
  4. Submit. Your report is recorded as Pending.
  • One pending report per item: you can’t file multiple reports against the same content at once.
  • You can’t report your own content: feedback, listings, uploads, and comments are yours to manage directly.
  • Report genuinely rule-breaking content: not things you simply dislike. Flooding the queue with bad reports slows down real moderation.
  1. Your report goes into the moderation queue as Pending.
  2. A moderator reviews it and either:
    • Dismisses it (no violation found), or
    • Takes action: warns the author, removes the content, and/or bans the responsible account.
  3. When a decision is made, you get a Reports resolved notification.
  4. Track the status of every report you’ve filed at Dashboard → My Reports, where each one shows the target, reason, your description, and its current status.
Status Meaning
Pending Awaiting moderator review
Dismissed Reviewed: no action was taken
Actioned Reviewed: action was taken on the target

If you have a problem with another player that’s not against the rules (a style clash, a disagreement, a no-show), the right move is to leave feedback on their profile: that’s exactly what the reputation system is for. See Reputation.
